【Abstract】 China has invested a great deal of manpower and material resources into the agricultural resources investigation and all provinces have constructed different computer date-banks and information systems of agricultural resources, but they are difficult to bring total function into full play because these date-banks and information systems are not systematic, current and the data is hard to renew.
