锰铁熔体脱磷热力学分析
Thermodynamic Analysis on Liquid Ferromanganese Dephosphorization
【摘要】 热力学分析表明 ,以氧化钡为主的脱磷剂 ,在满足扩散动力学的条件下 ,温度愈低 ,脱磷率愈高 ;硅含量愈低 ,愈有利于脱磷 ;碳含量降低 ,锰活度将增加 ,不利于氧化脱磷和保锰。碳含量高将抑制钙的还原脱磷作用。对高碳锰铁 ,宜采用氧化脱磷。对精炼锰铁 ,宜采用还原脱磷
【Abstract】 The liquid ferromanganese dephosphorization was studied by means of thermodynamic analysis. The BaO based slag has a better dephosphorization capacity with the suitably lower reaction temperature, on the condition that the diffusion kinetics is not the rate determining factor. The less the silicon content in the liquid ferromanganese, the more the dephosphorization benefit. The manganese activity increases with decreasing carbon content of the liquid, and has a defective action on the oxidative dephosphorization and the manganese conservation, but an effective action on the reductive dephosphorization by calcium. Therefor, it is suitable for a high carbon ferromanganese to use the oxidative dephosphorization, and for a refine ferromanganese to use the reductive dephosphorization.
