【摘要】 目的　探讨应用浸浴疗法治疗深度烧伤残余创面的疗效。方法　浸浴前去除残余创面外层敷料 ,病人浸于温度为 38～ 4 0℃的浸浴液中 ,浸浴时间为 2 0～ 30分钟。浸浴后给予局部换药 ,1～ 2次 /日。结果　通过浸浴疗法 ,较彻底地清除了创面的脓液及脓痂 ,促进了残余创面的愈合 ,效果满意结论　根据深度烧伤残余创面反复溃破、感染、经久不愈的特点 ,我们采取浸浴疗法 ,清洁皮肤 ,促进了残余创面的愈合。此方法简便易行 ,是目前治疗残余创面极好的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 to cure the deep residual burns by using dousing therapy Method firstly remove all the dressings covering the residual burns,then put the patient into a solution of 1% concentration 38～40℃ in temperature for 20～30 minutes.Change dressings once or twice a day after dousing. Results pus and scars on the residual wound were relatively thoroughly removed by the dousing procedure and satisfying results were obtained with stimulation of healing. Conclusions the dousing therapy used here that is opertaed eacily can clear the wounded skin and help the healing completely,suggesting itself to be one of best methods dealing with deep residual burns which are repeatedly infected,frazzled and durably treated.更多还原
