洁净煤技术及其在我国能源消费结构调整中的作用
Clean Coal Technology and Its Role in the Adjustment of China’ s Energy Consumption Structure
【摘要】 通过分析我国现行能源生产与消费现状,可发现我国煤炭资源丰富,但煤炭作为终端能源的消费比例过高,燃煤质量普遍低下,燃煤技术普遍落后,引起大气和地面严重污染,已在很大程度上影响和制约了国民经济的发展;随着国民经济的发展。近些年我国石油消费量不断增加,石油供需矛盾日益突出,进口依存度已达 30%,外汇支付压力越来越大,石油安全问题已涉及国家能源安全;天然气从长远看也满足不了需求。因此,我国能源发展应立足于国内资源,以煤炭为基础,多元化发展高效、清洁能源。洁净煤技术可有效提高煤炭效率,减少粉尘和 SO2污染,有利于调整产业结构和技术结构,有利于国民经济的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 Some problems can be discovered through analyzing the current status of energy production and consumption in China. The coal resource is abundant in China. However, high consumption ratio of coal as the end use caused serious air and ground pollution, which influenced and restricted the development of the national economy to a great extent. With the development of the national economy, the continual increasing of oil consumption in recent years aggravates progressively the conflict between supply and demand of oil. The dependency of import oil has been up to 30% , which has brought about larger and larger pressure of foreign exchange payment. The oil security has been concerned with the security of national energy. The natural gas cannot meet the demands taken from long views. Therefore, China’ s energy development should be of plural pattern with high-efficiency and clean energy resources, estab lished in domestic resources and based on coal. Clean coal technology can effectively improve the coal efficiency and reduce the pollution of dust and SO2. The development of clean coal technology is beneficial to optimization of energy structure, adjustment of industrial structure and technological structure, and sustainable development of national economy.
