【摘要】 目的 探讨VEGF及PCNA在脑膜瘤中的表达及其与瘤周脑水肿(NBE)的关系。方法 采用免疫组化技术检测Vf;G厂PCNA在41例脑膜瘤中的表达,应用术前CT及MRI检查确定wBE程度。结果VEGF免疫组化阳性百分率的高低句广l’BE yi度密切相关,目.与 PCNA的表达呈高度正相关。结论 VEGF在脑膜瘤 rBE的形成及肿瘤细胞增殖中起重要作川。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endiothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), and their correlation with the extent of peritumoral brain edema (PTBE). Methods The VEGF and PCNA protein expressions were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 41 cases with meningioma while their extents of PTBE were assessed by preoperative MRI or CT scans. Results The VEGF expression in the tumor tissue was closely related with PTBE, Significantly positive relation between VEGF and PCNA expressions was observed. Conclusions VEGF of the tumor tissue may play an important role in the occurrence of PTBE and it is closely related with the proliferative activity of tumor cells in the patients with meningioma.更多还原
