【摘要】 目的　观察翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮修复情况。方法　用裂隙灯显微镜对翼状胬肉术后 2天、 8天、 1 5天、 1月、 3月、 6月和 1 2个月的患眼进行角膜上皮修复及胬肉复发情况的检查 ,对可疑者进行荧光素钠角膜上皮染色检查。结果　对翼状胬肉术后复发的 63例 (79只眼 )患者观察中均发现了角膜上皮修复不良的表现 ,复发发生的时间为术后 4个月至 1年。结论　角膜上皮修复不良是翼状胬肉术后复发的早期临床表现更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe corneal epithelium repaired after excision of pterygium METHODS Corneal epithelium repairs and pterygium recurrences were examined after excision of pterygium at two days, 8 days, 15 days, one month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months with slit-lamp microscope, and sodium fluorescein staining was performed in the suspect cases RESULTS Faulty restoration of corneal epithelium occurred in all the 63 patients (79 eyes) ,which recurrence of pterygium occurred at a period from 4 months to 12 months CONCLUSION Faulty restoration of corneal epithelium is the early manifestation of recurrence pterygium更多还原
