新型粒子增强耐酸复合材料的研究

【摘要】 探讨了以煤矸石为主要原料制备粒子增强耐酸复合材料的可行性 .研究了煤矸石的耐酸性能、粒子增强耐酸复合材料所用粘合剂的模数、比重以及固化剂 F对粒子增强耐酸复合材料性能的影响 .结果表明 :经过灼烧后的煤矸石用于粒子增强耐酸复合材料能提高耐酸性能 ,具有良好的应用前景 .

【Abstract】 Feasibility of using coal gangue as the main raw material to make a compound material with particle strengthening anti acid property was discussed. The anti acid performance of coal gangue, the modulus and density of binder used in the compound material, and the influence of solidifying agent on the anti acid property of the compound material were researched. The result shows that the application of burned coal gangue in the compound material can improve the anti acid property, and so it has a good application prospect.
