膨胀石墨与活性炭对煤焦油吸附性的对比研究

【摘要】 对膨胀石墨和活性炭的孔结构进行了对比研究 ,从热力学和表面化学出发 ,探讨了膨胀石墨的吸附机理 ,阐述了膨胀石墨表面和内部独特的网络状大孔结构及其固有的石墨微晶活性表面 ,这种表面决定了其对煤焦油类物质独特的吸附特性 .研究结果表明 :膨胀石墨具有低密度、轻质、高化学稳定性和无毒的特点 ,其大孔结构及其独特的压延柔性 ,这些特性使其在化工、环保领域具有广阔的应用前景

【Abstract】 The porous structure of expanded graphite and activated carbon were studied .The adsorption mechanism of expanded graphite was discussed based on thermodynamics and surface chemistry. The net like big pore structure and the activated surface of expanded graphite were introduced. It is this activated surface that determines the absorbance property of graphite on materials derived from coal tar. The research shows that the expanded graphite is low in density, light in weight, stable in chemical property, and nonpoisonous. In addition, it has a big pore structure and a good drawability. These properties make it widely used in the fields of chemical industry and environment engineering.
