【Abstract】 Based on experiments and the data analysis, the basic method for analyzing SIMS or LIPMS data was discussed. And the requirements for choosing instrument and its mass resolution in coal analysis were evaluated. A new method suitable for analyzing SIMS of coal was put forward. It can prevent the interpretation from being disturbed by organic ions, and can carry out the mass comparison and abundance test of isotopes.更多还原
