高压往复动密封柱塞偏移微扰的稳定性分析

【摘要】 采用数值法对柱塞受偏心微扰时的稳定性进行了分析 ,推导了非定常工况的Reynolds方程 ,得到了偏心率与油膜侧向力的关系曲线。结果表明 ,在定常工况下偏心柱塞有良好的自对中性 ,并随偏心率的增加对中性能显著增强。柱塞在平衡位置受作偏心微扰时系统是稳定的。

【Abstract】 In a high-pressure reciprocating unit, the effects of the system stability and side force of oil film to sealing performance are drawing popular attentions. To seek for the nature of the problem, the analysis about stability of slightly eccentrically reciprocating plunger are carried on with numerical methods. And a dynamic Reynold equation is derived. The curves describing the relationship between eccentricity and side force of oil film are obtained. The results show that the eccentric plunger has good centerability. And the centerability increases with the increasing of eccentricity. The system is stable when plunger is radially disturbed at the balance place.
