【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the general situation of the manufacturing industry in developing countries, in accordance with the features of manufacturing industry in developing countries, this paper discusses the contents and characteristics of some links involved in the technological innovation activities in manufacturing industry in developing countries, such as technological forecast, evaluation and selection, research and development, production and marketing, technological transfer and technological trade, protection of intellectual property right and dispute settlement, etc.,and unfavorable affecting factors under the rules of WTO as well.
