【摘要】 采用 ADAMS动态分析软件对 VG1真空断路器机械操纵部分进行动态仿真 ,获得了断路器合闸瞬间机械操纵部分的动态特性。分析了影响触头弹跳时间与主要结构参数之间的关系 ,并对影响断路器性能的主要机构进行了优化设计。试验测试表明 ,软件仿真结果与实测结果基本相符。将仿真结果用以改进断路器的参数 ,获得了较好的实际效果更多还原

【Abstract】 A mechanical structure of vacuum interrupter is analysed. A mechanical system of VG1 type vacuum interrupter is studied with ADAMS dynamic simulation program. The dynamic characteristics during closing operation are obtained. The relation ship between the main contact bounces and the parameters of mechanical construction is analyzed, and some improvements of design are made accordingly.
