【摘要】 选取 1 500只 1日龄 AA肉仔鸡，随机分成 5组，研究饲料中添加柠檬酸残渣对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明：日粮柠檬酸残渣含量为 8％和 16％时，肉仔鸡的生产性能不受影响 (P>0.05)，说明柠檬酸残渣可部分替代豆饼提供肉仔鸡氮源以用于生长；但当日粮柠檬酸残渣含量为 24％和 32％时，肉仔鸡生长性能有所降低，说明日粮柠檬酸残渣过高，可能会引起营养失衡，影响肉仔鸡生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 ： One thousand and five hundreds one－ day－ old broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups to study the effect of residue of citric acid on broiler chickens performance.The results showed that contents of residue of citric acid in diet of broiler chickens were 8％ and 16％ ,the performance of broiler chickens was effected(P>0.05),it proved that residue of citric acid could partly replace soybean cake and supply nitrogen－ source for growth of broiler chickens.But when the contents of residue of citric acid in diet of broiler chicken were 24％ and 32％ ,the performance decreased,it showed that if content of residue of citric acid was too high,it might destroy balance of nutrition,and it would effect growth of broiler chicken.更多还原
