【摘要】 为了解北京市儿童乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗接种现况及其影响因素 ,于 1999年 10月采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法 ,对 18个区 (县 ) 12 0个村 (居民委员会 ) 841名 1997年出生的儿童进行了调查。结果显示 :调查接种率为99 8%,合格接种率为 89 4 %。多因素Logistic分析结果表明 ,影响我市婴儿乙肝疫苗不合格接种的主要因素是外地户口及在家中出生。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the actual condition of hepatitis B(HB)immunization coverage rate of children in Beijing and the influential factors,we investigated in Oct.1999 in 120 villages of 18 counties by stratified multistage random cluster sampling method.841 randomly selected children born in 1997 were investigated at their homes.The results showed that HB immunization coverage rate was 99.8%,but the qualified rate was 89.4%.Unconditional Logistic analysis results indicated that the objectivc factors such as outlanders and babies born in home were the main influential factors for unqualified vacination rate of children in Beijing.更多还原
