【摘要】 为了解流行性感冒 (流感 )疫苗 ,尤其是儿童剂型流感疫苗的安全性和免疫原性 ,于 1999年末在天津市对防感灵的儿童剂型和成人剂型进行了接种后安全性和免疫原性观察 ,共观察 2 5～ 5 5岁成人 5 3名和 6月龄～ 3岁儿童 6 9名。结果表明 :副反应发生率分别为 3 8%和 8 7% ;抗体阳转率分别为 92 2 %、85 8%。证实防感灵疫苗儿童剂型和成人剂型均具有良好的免疫原性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to recognize the safety and immunogenticity of influenza (flu) vaccine, especially the dose forms used for children, we carried out a study of the safety and immunogenicity of VAXIGRIP inoculated in children and adults in Tianjin at the end of 1999. A total of 53 adults (aged between 25～55 years old) and 69 children (aged between 6 months-3 years old) were included. The side-effect rates of adults and chilaren were 3.8% and 8.7% respectively, while the antibody positive seroconversion rates reached 92.2% and 85.8% respectively. The study showed that both the children dose form and the adult dose form of VAXIGRIP are with good immunogenicity and safety.更多还原
