苯丙烯酸酯衍生物分配性质的QSPR预测
QSPR prediction of distribution properties of phenylacrylates.
【摘要】 用摇瓶法测定了11种2-甲酰胺苯丙烯酸乙酯类化合物的溶解度及正辛醇/水分配系数,二者之间有良好的相关性(r=-0.9635),运用线性溶剂化能描述符构建预测模型, 发现所建模型能很好地预测该类化合物的水溶解度和正辛醇/水分配系数,且模型稳定性较好.
【Abstract】 :The aqueous solubilities and n-octanol/water distribution coefficients of 11 ethyl 2-formamido-phenylacrylates were determined with shake-flask method; and it showed that the n-octanol/water distribution coefficients correlated well with solubilities (r = (0.9635). The quantitative structure-property relationship models based on linear solvation energy method have been proved to be satisfactory to predict the n-octanol/water distribution coefficients and solubilities of these compounds.
