【摘要】 目的　了解我国一般人群骨密度正常参考值。方法　采用双能X线骨密度仪 ,对中国四地区 2 0岁以上一般人群随机抽样 2 331例进行测量。结果　确定男女不同年龄组腰椎及股骨近端骨密度正常参考值及骨峰值。结论　进一步得出筛选治疗对象骨密度参考值及骨质疏松症诊断骨密度参考值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the normal references of bone mineral density(BMD) and provide important basis of diagnosis and treatment for osteoporosis.Methods Using Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DEXA),the bone mineral density was meaured among 2 331 general population aged above 20 years old in part of China by the method of random sampling.Results The normal references of bone mineral densities and peak bone values in lumbar spine and proximal femur by sex and age were found.Conclusion The treatment references of BMD for screening patients and the diagnosis references of BMD for osteoporosis were concluded.更多还原
