【摘要】 目的　对应用单侧多功能外固定支架 (以下简称支架 )治疗骨创伤所引起的各种并发症进行分析并提出对策。方法　回顾 1993～ 2 0 0 0年 3月应用支架治疗四肢骨折 12 5例所发生的各种并发症 ,并进行分类统计。结果　本组共发生 7种并发症 ,其中钉道渗液 2 7例 ,钉道感染 3例 ,固定钉松动16例 ,延迟愈合 9例 ,关节功能障碍 11例 (12肢 ) ,骨折成角、再移位 5例 ,Sudeck骨萎缩 1例。结论　支架治疗骨折发生并发症有诸多原因 ,常是多种因素合并导致 ,如病例选择不当 ,术中操作失误 ,术后复查不认真 ,术后功能锻炼欠科学。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the various complications caused by fracture treated with multifunctional unilateral axial dynamic external fixation apparatus (MUADEFA) and provide corresponding managements Methods 125 cases of fractures of the limbs were treated with MUADEFA resulted in complications from 1993 to March 2000 were reviewed.Results In the 125 cases,there were 7 types of complications; they were 27 cases of effusion of nail path,3 of infection of nail path,16 of nail instability,9 of delayed union,12 of joint malfunction,5 of fracture displacement and 1 of Sudeck atrophy.Conclusion There were several factors related to the complications with the use of MUADEFA;they included improper selection of case,misplay in operation,inadequate detailed postoperative follow-up and improper institution of functional exercise.更多还原
