【摘要】 目的　探索简便、实用、疗效理想的外翻矫正方法。方法　自 1991～ 1994年采用改良McBride手术治疗外翻 11例 ( 15足 )。结果　经 5年 6个月～ 8年 6个月随访 ,优 10足 ,良 4足 ,差 1足 ,优良率 93 %。结论　改良McBride手术简便易行 ,可早期恢复行走功能 ,病人易于接受。本术式更适合于有症状的轻、中度外翻畸形 ,不适合于合并第一跖骨远端关节面外倾而第一跖趾关节无半脱位者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a simple,practical and effective method in treatment of hallux valgus Methods 11 cases (15 feet) of hallux valgus were treated with modified McBride procedure from 1991 to 1994.Results All cases were followed-up from 5 years and 4 months to 8 years and 6 months;10 cases had excellent results,4 good,1 poor and the rate of excellent and good results was 93%.Conclusion The modified McBride procedure was simple and practical.It is appropriate for the minor or medium deformity of the hallux,but not for hallux valgus with the obliquity of the distal articular surface of the first metatarsal,and noncongruous of the first MT joint.更多还原
