【摘要】 目的　探讨前臂区屈肌腱切割伤的类型及特点 ,以利于规范选择确切的治疗方法。方法　总结和分析 12 2例前臂区屈肌腱切割伤病人 ,按受伤时腕指的位置、术中腱组织损伤的部位和程度进行临床分型 ,根据不同的类型来选择相应合理的治疗方法。结果　前臂区屈肌腱切割伤按受伤时腕指的位置分为背伸型和屈曲型 ,按损伤的部位分为腱区、移行区和肌区 ,按损伤的程度可分为Ⅰ～Ⅳ种类型。用TAM系统评定法作为评定标准 ,优 6 9例 ,良 45例 ,可 6例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 93%。结论　根据不同类型的特点来选择相应合理的治疗方法是获得满意疗效的前提更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the classification and its characteristics of incised injury of flexor tendon in forearm,in order to have proper surgical planning for the repair Methods 122 cases of incised injury of tendons of the forearm were reviewed.The condition was classificated on the basis of carpophalangeal positions during the injury,location of the injury and damage degree of tendons tissues.The surgical methods were selected accordingly.Results According to carpophalangeal positions when injury occurred,the disease was classificated into dorsiflexion type and flexion type;according to injury location,it was divided into tendinous,transitional and muscular area;according to degree of damage,Ⅰ～Ⅳ types were classified.The results were evaluated by using TAM system as standards.The excellent results were obtaned in 69 cases,good in 45,fair in 6 and poor in 2 The excellent and good rate was 93%.Conclusion Selecting therapeutic methods according to the types of the injury is the key to have good clinical effects.更多还原
