沥青混合料压实特性的影响因素分析

【摘要】 从体积设计的角度 ,分析沥青混合料的旋转压实 (SGC)曲线 ,研究在压实过程中沥青混合料体积参数的变化特征。借助能量指数概念 ,评价沥青混合料在施工和使用阶段的压实和致密趋势。采用统计分析方法 ,探讨材料组成 (级配、沥青用量 )及压实应力对沥青混合料体积参数和压实特性的影响。结果表明 ,沥青混合料压实特性的主要影响因素是细集料级配曲线范围和沥青用量 ,当压实应力增加时 ,间断级配沥青混合料的体积特征稳定性优于连续级配

【Abstract】 From the point of volumetric design,the SUPERPAVE gyratory compactor(SGC) densification curves are used to evaluate the variation of volumetric properties of HMA during densification process.The tendency of compaction and densification of hot mix asphalt under construction and traffic load are discussed by energy index concept.Using statistical regression tools,the influence of aggregate gradation and asphalt content on volumetric parameters and densification properties of HMA are studied.The following conclusions are drawn:the main factors affecting densification properties of HMA are fine aggregate proportions,its grading range and asphalt contents,the stability of volume properties of mix with gap grade may be better than that of mix with continuous grade under heavier load.
