环形行波式超声马达变频特性的分析

【摘要】 超声马达通常都工作在谐振频率附近。因此 ,工作频率的变化对超声马达的输出特性有着非常重要的影响。利用匹配电感和压电陶瓷组成的谐振电路 ,分析了变频对超声马达驱动电路输出特性的影响 ;利用超声马达的二维解析模型 ,仿真了激励频率对超声马达输出特性的影响。仿真和实验结果表明 :频率与超声马达输出特性的关系为二次函数 ;激励频率在超声马达谐振频率附近变化时 ,驱动电路输出电压的幅值可近似认为不变。

【Abstract】 Usually ultrasonic motor is operated in the vicinity of the resonance frequency of the stator. Driving frequency is one of the most important factors, which determines the performances of ultrasonic motor. With the LC oscillation circuit, the performance of its driving circuit via frequency is analyzed. The two dimension analytical model of the ultrasonic motor is utilized to investigate the frequency performance of the ultrasonic motor. The results of the experiments and simulations show that the relation between the performance of the ultrasonic motor and frequency is a quadratic function. The input voltage of the driving source may be taken as a constant when frequency is modulated near resonant frequency of the ultrasonic motor.
