乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物改性聚乙烯的水树生长研究
STUDY ON WATER TREEING IN POLYETHYLENE MODIFIED BY ETHYLENE-ACRYLIC ACID COPOLYMER
【摘要】 以不同含量的乙烯 丙烯酸共聚物 (EAA)对聚乙烯(PE)进行了共混改性 ,研究了改性后实验样品中水树的生长情况。分析了PE样品中形成水树的原因及抑制水树的机理 ,认为水树形成的条件是在结构缺陷处有水滴形成 ,而抑制的方法就是设法消除水滴的形成。实验中找到了抑制PE中水树形成的最佳EAA含量。PE +1.0 %EAA的样品可用作电缆绝缘实用性的进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Polyethylene (PE) has been modified by a small amount of mixing ethylene acrylic acid (EAA) copolymer. The water treeing in PE modified was also studied. The paper analyses the reason forming water treeing in PE and mechanism suppressing water treeing. The condition forming water treeing is water drop existing in the structure defect in PE. And the method suppressing the water treeing is just reducing water drop. We found an optimum EAA content suppressing water treeing. PE sample with 1.0% wt EAA can be studied further in cable insulation.
