燃煤流化床燃烧过程Fe及其氧化物在CO作用下对N2O/NO转化成N2的机理

【摘要】 应用TGA FTIR研究了在模拟流化床燃煤气氛时Fe及其氧化物对N2 O/NO的催化还原作用。Fe可以高效地降低N2 O分解的初始温度和提高N2 O/NO向N2 的转化率 ;在Fe和CO的作用下 ,N2 O的初始分解温度从 110 0K降低至92 0K和 10 0 0K ,在 112 3K时 ,N2 O的转化率从 10 %提高到95 %和 80 % ,而NO的转化率为 70 %和 45 %。Fe与N2 O反应后的氧化物为Fe2 O3;在CO作用下 ,Fe的表面呈松散结构 ,可以保证Fe对氮氧化物反应的连续进行。在燃煤流化床中少量的Fe可以高效地降低氮氧化物的排放

【Abstract】 Chemical reactions among Fe or its oxides, N 2O/NO and CO have been investigated with TGA FTIR. The oxides of iron were found to be relatively un reactive to the destruction of N 2O and NO. As compared with N 2O decomposition, the temperatures at which N 2O decomposition decreased from 1?100?K to 1?000?K and 920?K in the presence of Fe with/without CO, and the conversions of N 2O to N 2 at 1?123?K were enhanced from 10% to 95% and 80%, respectively. XRD pattern revealed that the N 2O reacts with iron to yield Fe 2O 3 as the major product. SEM showed that very porous structure was formed when N 2O/NO reacted with Fe and CO. TG curves confirmed that most of iron oxides produced by Fe N 2O reaction could be reduced to metallic iron. Iron is a strong reducing agent for reducing the emissions of N 2O in fluidized bed combustion of coal.
