胎儿畸形三维超声体积模式的诊断与探讨
Diagnosis and Exploration of Fetal Malformations Using Three-dimensional Volume Mode
【摘要】 目的 :探讨三维超声体积模式对胎儿畸形诊断的临床应用价值。方法 :应用 Voluson5 30 D三维容积探头 ,频率 3.5 / 5 .0 MHz对异常胎儿进行三维重建。结果 :三维超声体积模式成像技术应用可使胎儿某些畸形诊断更为准确直观。结论 :三维超声作为二维超声空间信息补充 ,在产科应用可使胎儿某些畸形疾病在早期得到诊断 ,有助于提高胎儿产前畸形诊断的准确率
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the practical value for the diagnosis of fetal malformations using three dimensional volume mode.Methods:Volusion 530D,three dimensional volume probe,whose frequency is 3 5/5 0MHz,was used to reconstruct the images of the abnormal fetus.Results:With the three dimensional ultrasonography volume mode imaging,the diagnosis of some fetal malformations was more precise and audio visual.Conclusions:Three dimensional ultrasonography as the complement of two climensional space information,advantageous for early diagnosis of some fetal malformations in obstetrics and will improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.
