【摘要】 目的 :探讨孕期下肢动脉血流 ,为妊高征预测性诊断提供一条新途径。方法 :运用二维彩色多普勒超声对 10 0例正常妇女、 82例正常孕妇和 6 0例妊高征患者的下肢远端小动脉血流改变进行对照研究。结果 :妊高征组胫后动脉 (PTA)或胫前动脉 (ATA)平均峰值流速分别高于其它两组 (P<0 .0 1) ,正常健康组与正常妊娠组无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。三组 PTA动脉内径变化无统计学差异。结论 :妊高征患者远端小动脉血流指数的改变为本病的诊断提供了新途径 ,具有一定的临床参考意义 ,其中 PTA峰值流速为较好的观察指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the blood flow in the lower limb arteries during the pregnancy in order to find a new way for the predictive diagnosis of PIH.Methods:We compared the changes of blood flow in the lower limbs by using the two dimensional color Doppler ultrasound of 100 cases of unpregnant women with those of 82 cases with normal pregnant women and 60 cases with PIH.Results:The average peak value of blood flow in posterior tibial artery(PTA)or anterior bibial artery(ATA)in PIH Group were higher than those of the other two groups( P <0 01).There were no significant difference between the control group and the unpregnant group( P >0 05).The changes of the internal diameter of PTA between the three groups had no signficant difference.Conclusions:To observe the changes of blood flow index of lower limb arteries is a new method for diagnosing patients with PIH,which has some clinical reference value.To measure the PTA peak value of blood flow is a better target for observation.更多还原
