高强度聚焦超声治疗兔乳腺移植性肿瘤的病理观察

【摘要】 目的 :探讨高强度聚焦超声 (High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗兔乳腺移植性肿瘤的病理学变化。方法 :2 0只兔乳腺移植性肿瘤于肿瘤移植后 2周随机分为治疗组 10只 ,对照组 10只 ,治疗组在 B超监控下接受 HIFU治疗。观察辐照前后声像图和病理学改变。结果 :HIFU辐照前肿瘤声像图呈低回声团块 ,辐照后肿瘤回声明显强 ,其大小与肉眼观察的损伤范围大小一致 ,病理检查显示肿瘤细胞已死亡。结论 :在 B超引导和实时监控下 ,HIFU能准确有效地破坏兔乳腺移植性肿瘤 ,这为 HIFU技术治疗乳腺癌的临床应用提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the pathological changes of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)treatment on implanted rabbit breast tumor.Methods:Twenty rabbits implanted VX 2 carcinoma in breast were divided into treatment group(10)and control group(10) randomly two weeks after successful tumor implantation.HIFU ablation was completely performed in the treatment group with ultrasound imaging guidance.The mean time of HIFU ablation was 163.3±48.4 seconds.The frequency was 1.6 MHz and the acoustic intensity was 11500W·cm -2.The echogram of the tumor was collected before and after HIFU ablation,and the pathological changes were examined after HIFU treatment.Results:The echogram of the tumours before HIFU iradiation was low,and became hyperechogenic during HIFU treatment.The pathological examination showed that the tumour cells were completely destroyed by HIFU irradiation.Conclusions:HIFU can completely and effectively destroy the implanted rabbit breast tumor with ultrasound imaging guidance.It provided experimental data for safely clinical application of HIFU in the treatment of breast tumor.
