【摘要】 目的 :比较正电子发射计算机断层显像 (PET)和 CDFI在实质脏器肿瘤 HIFU疗效判断中的作用。方法 :30例中晚期实质脏器肿瘤经 HIFU治疗后 ,分别行 PET检查和 CDFI前后对照检查 ,其中 8例患者 HIFU后行穿刺活检。结果 :CDFI对照检查结果和 PET检查结果基本一致。结论 :PET和 CDFI均可用来判断实质脏器肿瘤HIFU疗效 ,PET较为准确但费用昂贵 ,CDFI简单易行 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the role of PET and CDFI in evaluating the effect of HIFU for solid visceral tumors.Methods:PET was performed for 30 cases with advanced solid visceral tumors treated by HIFU,CDFI was arranged for all patients before and after HIFU,and biopsy was implemented for 8 patients after HIFU.Results:The results of CDFI corresponded to those of PET basically.Conclusions:Both PET and CDFI may be a method useful for evaluating the effect of HIFU for solid visceral tumors.PET is more accurate and expensive than CDFI,while CDFI which is simpler and more convenient will be populary used.更多还原
