【摘要】 目的 :评估三维超声在产前诊断及评价胎儿畸形中的应用价值。方法 :对 46例中晚期妊娠的高危孕妇行二维及三维超声检查 ,并对照其检查结果。结果 :在 35例正常胎儿中 ,三维超声可提供更多的诊断信息 ,排除了畸形的存在 ;在 11例异常胎儿中 ,有 6例 (5 4% ) 3DUS可对诊断提供帮助。结论 :3DUS可对胎儿畸形的诊断提供帮助 ,可作为二维超声的补充在产前诊断中发挥重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the usefulness of three dimensional ultrasonography(3DUS)in prenatal diagnosis.Methods:Forty six women in second and third trimester with high risk factors were examined by two dimensional ultrasonography(2DUS)and 3DUS,and the results were compared.Results:In 35 normal cases,3DUS could provide more diagnostic information than that of 2DUS to exclude the existence of fetal malformation.In 11 cases of malformations,3DUS was helpful to the diagnosis of 6 cases.Conclusions:3DUS can help to confirm the existence of fetal malformations,and to diagnose the fetal malformations accurately.更多还原
