【摘要】 目的:了解儿童家长对儿童保健、儿童常见病防治知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状。方法:在广州市荔湾区对4月～5岁199名小儿家长进行了有关儿童保健、儿童常见病防治知识、态度、行为问卷调查。结果:①家长认为儿童定期体检有无必要与医生提供的服务行为有关。②25.10%的家长希望保健医生上门服务。③家长从保健知识讲座中获得儿童保健知识只占18.60%。④对儿童腹泻的处理方法,完全正确的只占3.50%。结论:①家长对儿童保健的KAP是相互关联的,一、二级医院应提高自身保健技术,加强健康教育力度。②家长对儿童常见病的防治知识较欠缺,儿童保健工作者应加强疾病防治的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To survey on knowledge, attitude and practice of children health care (CHC) and preventing children happening commonly seen disease. Methods: 199 children aged between 4 and 60 months were chosen and their parents were questioned by questionnaire in Liwan Guangzhou. Results: (1)The attitude of parents on children’s physical exam regularly was the deciding factor to the practice of it. (2)25.10 percent of parents hope that doctors provide service for their children in their dwelling.(3) 18.60 percent of parents acquired knowledge from health course to them.(4)Only 3.50 percent of parents have the proper way in treatment of diarrhea occurred on child.
