【摘要】 采用扫描电子显微镜并结合光学显微镜对 9种阿拉善 -鄂尔多斯生物多样性中心山地特有植物的花粉形态进行了观察 ,系统地描述了其大小、形状、萌发器官类型、表面纹饰等特征 ,还结合野外调查记载了各植物种的花果期、生境和分布、产地等。总结部分科、属植物的花粉特征并分析了花粉样品在采集、制片和观察过程中可能造成结果出现误差的因素更多还原

【Abstract】 The observation on pollen morphology of the nine endemic plants in the biodiversity center of hillside field on Alashan-Erdos plateau was made by SEM and optical microscope, their characters, such as their size, shape, germinal organ and external sculpture, etc., were described, and their flowering season and fruit bearing season, habitat, distribution and locality, were recorded by field survey. The pollen characters of some family and genus plants were explained and the error factors on the observational results which were made probably on the process of pollen sample’s collecting, sectioning and observing were analyzed.更多还原
