【摘要】 为评估儿童疾病综合管理 ( IMCI)早期实施阶段在宁夏贫困地区的活动效果 ,现场观察了 65名接受 IM-CI培训的学员在实际临床工作中应用 IMCI标准病例管理的技能 ,即对 5岁以下患儿进行评估、分类与治疗。现场询问接受诊治的 64名 5岁以下患儿家属 ,了解其对卫生服务人员讲解的家庭护理及喂养知识的理解程度 ,及其对整个诊治过程的满意程度。结果有 96.92 %的学员在接诊 5岁以下患病儿童时 ,都能首先评估患儿是否有危险体征 ,而且 95 .3 8%的学员能够合理使用抗生素。所有家长均表示对本次的整个诊治过程非常满意。说明在宁夏农村贫困地区开展 IMCI病例管理是可行的 ,但能否达到有效降低儿童死亡率和发病率 ,减少因病致残率的目的 ,还需要在更大范围内和经过更长时间的实施予以证明更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to report the results of assessment and evaluation of early implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) in poor areas of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, in trainees’ work site, researchers observed 65 health staff’s performance in assessing, classifying and treating the sick children and in counseling the relatives using the IMCI modules that they have been trained on. Researchers also interviewed 64 sick children’s relatives, who brought children to the clinics, with their understanding about the contents given by health workers and their stratification with the services they got. The results showed that 96.92% of health workers who have received the training on IMCI are capable to assess danger signs firstly when they saw sick children under five properly, 95.38% trainees are able to use antibiotics reasonably. All of interviewees, in namely relatives of sick children, said they were satisfied with the services provided by the health workers. Those results show that implementation of IMCI in poor rural areas of Ningxia is feasible. However it takes long time and need to expand the project areas for proving that whether the implementation of IMCI could reach the aims of reducing child mortality and morbidity in such poor areas.更多还原
