论绑架勒索犯罪预备阶段及被害预防

【摘要】 绑架勒索犯罪近年愈演愈烈 ,对社会治安和人民群众生命财产的安全危害极大。与其他刑事犯罪相比较 ,其犯罪预备阶段有所不同 ,其被害预防对亦相应不同。

【Abstract】 This article analyses the signs of the preparatory stage of kidnapping and thereby proposes preventive measures for the protection of the victim.
