浅谈我国刑法中罚金刑适用的几个问题

【摘要】 修改后的刑法大幅度地增加了罚金刑 ,罚金刑的定义、适用方式 ,罚金刑执行中存在的问题都应进一步完善。

【Abstract】 The amended criminal law has seen a large increase in the pecuniary penalties. This article discusses the definition, application and the problems in the implementation of the penalties.
