维生素E、C在CVD与PD患者中抗氧化作用的临床研究
The clinical research of the antioxidation effects of vitamin E,vitamin C in patients with cerebral vascular disease and Parkinson’s disease
【摘要】 目的 探讨维生素 E(Vit E)与维生素 C(Vit C)在脑血管病 (CVD)与帕金森病 (PD)中的抗氧化作用。方法 检测 CVD16 2例和 PD77例共 2 39例患者服用 Vit E和 Vit C前后血浆 Vit E、 Vit C、过氧化脂质(L PO)水平和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,并与对照组进行了比较。结果 服药前两组患者血浆 Vit E、VitC水平和红细胞 SOD活性明显低于正常对照组 ;服药后两组患者的 Vit E、Vit C水平和 SOD活性无明显变化 ,而CVD组的 L PO值升高。结论 CVD和 PD患者可有 Vit E、Vit C水平和 SOD活性降低 ,服用 Vit E、 Vit C后仅见 CVD患者的 L PO值升高 ,但均不能象健康对照组那样提高 Vit E、Vit C水平和 SOD活性
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the antioxidation effects of vitamin E (Vit E),vitamin C(Vit C) in cerebral vascular disease(CVD) and Parkinson disease(PD). Methods The levels of Vit E,Vit C,lipoperoxides(LPO) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 239 patients with CVD(162cases) and PD (77 cases),and compared with the results of the 32 healthy subjects. Results The result showed that the level of Vit E,Vit C,LPO and the activity of SOD in CVD and PD groups were obviously lower than that of healthy subjects before taking medicine ;There was no significant difference in the level of Vit E,Vit C,LPO and the activity of SOD in both groups after taking Vit E and Vit C except the value of LPO was highily in CVD group. Conclusion The level of Vit E,Vit C and SOD are lower in the patients with CVD and PD. Though the LPO are highly after taking Vit E and Vit C in CVD,it does not rise the Vit E and Vit C level and SOD activity in patients,while in healthy subjects the changes are obviously after taking medicine.
