结核分枝杆菌IS6110探针的克隆化
Clonizine the probe of IS6110 of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
【摘要】 目的 制备克隆化结核分枝杆菌IS61 1 0探针。方法 将IS61 1 0的PCR扩增 2 4 5bp片段克隆至质粒载体pCR2 .1中。结果 得到了含有IS61 1 0克隆化 2 4 5bp的质粒菌株。结论 克隆化的探针易操作且一致性较好。
【Abstract】 Objective Obtain the clonized IS6110 probe.Methods Clone the 245bp IS6110 PCR product into plasmid pCR2.1.Results Get the E.coli strain containing objective insert fragment.Conclusion Colonized probe can made comparable results and easy to use.
