FTA在溴化锂吸收式制冷机故障诊断中的应用
Application of FTA in the fault diagnose of Lithium bromide-water absorption chillers
【摘要】 溴化锂吸收式制冷机在调试、运行中发生的故障 ,由于相关因素复杂 ,给故障的预测、诊断和处理带来较大困难 .利用失效树分析法 ( Fault Tree Analysis,简称 FTA) ,通过严密的逻辑计算分析 ,既可找出典型故障 (顶事件 )所有可能的发生模式 ,也可获得控制该故障发生的所有方法 ,并计算出该故障的发生概率
【Abstract】 The LiBr/H\-2O absorption chiller is a complicated refrigeration equipment. It is difficult to diagnose its fault happened in the procedure of manufacture and operation by use of experiential method. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is a logical deduction method. Making use of it, the fault models, fault\|preventing methods and fault probability can be worked out respectively. The fault diagnose and forecast principle of FTA is introduced in detail. Author applies FTA firstly to analyze the typical fault in the LiBr/H\-2O absorption system.
