【摘要】 提出采用二级计算机控制实现发酵过程的监控与管理 ,具体介绍了系统的主要功能、硬件配置、软件结构及通信电路的设计

【Abstract】 The two level computer control is stated to realize the monitoring and management for ferment process. The major functions, hardware configuration, software structure and the design of communication circuit are described concretely.
