一阶循环矩分析在旋转机械振动信号分析中的应用
Study on Vibration Signal for Rotating Machinery Based on First-Order Cyclic Moment Analysis
【摘要】 介绍了循环平稳信号分析与处理方法的基本原理 ,并针对旋转机械设备自身的物理结构特点和工作方式 ,利用振动信号的循环平稳特性来研究系统的非平稳特征机制 ,从而达到机械设备状态监测和故障诊断的目的。在此基础上 ,探讨了一阶循环矩 (循环均值 )的运用情况。最后给出了几种幅值调制和噪声干扰作用下振动信号特征识别的仿真实例 ,取得了十分明显的诊断效果。通过与经典的 FFT分析相比较 ,验证了循环平稳信号分析方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A brief introduction to the theory of cyclostationary signal is presented. Since the symmetry or near symmetry of the moving parts of a rotating machinery, and its periodical rotation motion, the vibration signal generally exhibits cyclostationary. An algorithm for first order moment is developed. Finally, for the purpose of machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, some simulated examples for the first order cyclic technique are presented. By comparing the results with those of FFT analysis, the vilidity of the cyclostationary method is proven.
