【摘要】 目的　对湖南省实现 2 0 0 0年消除碘缺乏病阶段目标进行评估。方法　每个市、州随机抽取 2个县市区进行盐碘、尿碘、甲肿率、健教等指标的分析。结果　居民合格碘盐食用率 92 .5 % ,但盐碘含量 >6 0 mg/ kg者占 5 .9% ;尿碘中位数 42 3.5μg/ L ;8～ 10岁儿童甲肿率触诊法为 3.6 %。 3项指标达到碘缺乏病消除标准。结论　湖南省实现 2 0 0 0年消除碘缺乏病阶段目标 ,但应注意适当降低食盐加碘浓度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evalute the elimination of IDD in Hunan Province by the year 2000.Methods Examination and determination of all the indicators are conducted by national unified standard methods.Results Consuming rate of qualified iodized salt is 92.5%,median urinary iodine is 432.5μg/L,and goiter rate of children aged 8~10 years old is 3.6%.Three indicators have attained the criteria of elimination on IDD,but there is a problem of much higher concentration of iodine in salt at present.Conclusions The stage goal of elimination on IDD in Hunan Province by the year 2000 has reached,and we should decrease appropriately the concentraion of iodine in salt.更多还原
