流动注射在线分离测定IO3-与I-及尿中碘形态的研究

【摘要】 目的 建立一种分离测定 IO3-和 I-离子的分析方法 ,检测人尿中碘的形态 ,探讨人摄入碘酸钾后是否有 IO3- 离子直接从尿中排出。方法 采用流动注射在线离子交换分离技术与尿碘在线消化流动注射分析技术结合 ,检测尿中碘形态 ,并以 Na HSO3化学还原法等实验验证尿中 IO3-存在状况。结果 建立了流动注射在线717型强碱性阴离子交换树脂微型柱分离 ,以尿碘流动注射分析法 (FIA )测定尿中 IO3- 、I- 、有机碘的分析方法 ,进样频率 40次 /h,对 IO3- 碘测定相对标准偏差为 1.9% (n =6 ) ,方法检出限 5 μg/L。 2 2份食用碘酸钾碘盐人群的尿样中未检出 IO3- ;尿中 I-离子占尿碘总量的均值为 91.5 % ,有机碘占尿碘总量的均值为 8.5 % ;实验发现并证明尿液对 IO3- 是较强的还原体系 ,IO3- 在尿中不能稳定存在。结论 方法操作简便 ,检测快速、灵敏度高、IO3-和 I-分离效果好。人摄入碘酸钾碘盐后尿中无 IO3-形态排出。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a analysis method for separation and determination of iodate and iodide in urine,study iodine species in urine.Methods Iodine species in urine were detected by a flow injection technique involving on line ion exchange,on line digestion,catalytic spectrophotomeric detection and computer technique.Results A method for determination of iodate iodide and organic iodine in urine by flow injection analysis using on line separation on a microcolumn packed with 717 type anion resin was developed.The sampling frequency was 40 samples per hour,the detection limit was 5 μg/L and a relative standard deviation was 1.9%(n=6) for iodate iodine.In 22 urine samples of adminstering KIO 3 iodineated salt persons no IO 3 - was found.Experiment results showed that urine solution could reduce IO 3 - to I - rapidly.Conclusions This method is simple,rapid and sensitive.It has excellent sepration effect for IO 3 - and I -.Iodate is not excretion form in urine.
