采用磁流变阻尼的一种改进型半主动控制汽车悬架研究
Studies on Improved Type of Semi-active Car Suspension with Magnetorheological Damper
【摘要】 以磁流变阻尼器作为汽车悬架的阻尼器 ,研究了一种改进的半主动控制策略在确定性激励和随机激励下的运行效果。为了便于比较 ,还研究了被动控制、半主动 on- off控制和主动控制悬架的运行情况。研究结果表明 ,半主动控制策略的控制效果很好 ,使汽车的乘坐舒适性显著提高 ,对安全性和稳定性并无明显地影响。由于磁流变阻尼的优良特性 ,使得该控制策略具有很大的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper an improved semi active car suspension with a magnetorheological damper is studied under deterministic and random excitations respectively. In addition, the passive, semi active on off, and active control suspensions are also discussed. Results show that the control tactics is quite successful, which makes passengers more comfortable and has no noticeable influence on the safty and stability of the car. The control tactics is feasible because of the fine characteristics of the magnetorheological damper.
