发电机定子线棒振动故障诊断

【摘要】 利用锤击激振法进行了线棒结构动特性测试 ,进行了线棒二倍频的振动故障诊断。线棒重新绑扎后 ,其结构特性得到了很好的改善。实验表明 ,对大修过程中处理过的线棒进行二倍频的振动故障诊断具有非常重要的意义

【Abstract】 Excessive vibration of the stator coil of a turbogenerator will seriously affect the normal operation of a thermal power station. In this work, the dynamic properties of the coil structure are measured by using hammer excitation. Results show that the coil structure has its modal frequencies in close vicinity to operating and double operating frequencies of the generator, which constitutes the basic reason for the excessive vibration of the coil. After the coil was reinforced, its modal properties and vibration in operation have been greatly improved. The work presented in the paper indicates that it is quite important to check the modal frequencies of the coil structure after its reinforcement during a general overhaul.
