【摘要】 目的　建立天赐胶囊的含量测定方法。方法　采用苯酚硫酸法 ,以葡萄糖作为标准品 ,分光光度法于 490nm波长处测定吸光度。结果　多糖的线性范围为 10～ 80 μg/ m L,相关系数 r=0 .9997,平均加样回收率为98.6 7% (n=5 ) ,RSD =2 .5 8% ,样品中多糖含量为 2 6 7.7～ 30 0 .6毫克 /粒。结论　该法简便 ,准确 ,可用于本品的质量控制更多还原
