【摘要】 目的 :研究固肾胶囊的药理作用并为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法 :LPO测定 ,SOD活性测定 ,单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能研究 ,血清溶血素测定 ,壮阳实验等。结果 :固肾胶囊可使血清及肝组织中过氧化脂质明显降低 ,增强红细胞及肝中SOD的活性 ,增强机体的特异性及非特异性免疫功能 ,缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期及射精潜伏期 ,增多射精次数。结论 :固肾胶囊能增强免疫功能、性功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate pharmacological action of Gushen capsule and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods: Determination of LPO and SOD activity, research on phagocytic function of mononuclear-macrophage, determination of serolysin and experiment of strenghening yang.Results: Gushen capsule can decrease serum and lipid peroxidation in liver obviously and increase activity of red blood cell and SOD in liver, promote specific and nonspecific immune function, shorten incubation period of priapism and ejaculation; increase the times of ejaculation.Conclusion: Gushen capsule can strengthen immune function and sexual function,delay senium. above mentioned function are pharmacological basis for Gushen capsule in clinical application.更多还原
