【摘要】 目的 :通过比较中国药典规定的 2种黄芪药材中皂苷类、黄酮类和多糖类物质的含量 ,确定了黄芪化学质量标准的评价指标。方法 :HPLC ELS法测定黄芪甲苷的含量 ,RP HPLC法测定 10 羟基 3 ,9 二甲氧基紫檀烷的含量 ,硫酸 苯酚法测定黄芪总多糖的含量。结果 :蒙古黄芪的黄芪甲苷、总黄酮、10 羟基 3 ,9 二甲氧基紫檀烷、总多糖的含量分别是 0 .710± 0 .0 3 0mg/ g ,4 5± 4 .2 4 3mg/g ,19.95 5± 0 .813 μg/ g ,73 .3 10± 0 .962mg/g ,膜荚黄芪的黄芪甲苷、总黄酮、10 羟基 3 ,9 二甲氧基紫檀烷、总多糖的含量分别为 1.186± 0 .0 2 4mg/g、4 6± 1.4 14mg/ g、84 .640± 3 .0 69μg/g、4 8.80 0± 1.2 4 5mg/ g。结论 :本法具有一定的实用性 ,并对中药材化学质量标准的研究提出了一种新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the evaluation of the chemial quality standard of Radix Astragali according to their contents of saponin, flavonoid and polyscaccharide. Methods: HPLC ELS was used to determine astragaloside Ⅳ content. RP HPLC was used to determine 10 hydroxy 3,9 dimethoxypterocarpan content. Sulfuric acid phenol method was used to determine total polysaccharide content. Results: Astragaloside Ⅳ, total flavonoid, 10 hydroxy 3,9 dimethoxypterocarpan and total polysaccharide content of Astragalus mongmolicus Fisch. were 0.710± 0.030mg/g, 45±4.243mg/g, 19.955±0.813μg/g, 73.310±0.962mg/g, respectively; Astragaloside Ⅳ, total flavonoid, 10 hydroxy 3,9 dimethoxypeterocarpan and total polysaccharide content of Astragalus membranacens Fisch. were 1.186±0.024mg/g, 46±1.414mg/g,84.640±3.069μg/g, 48.800±1.245mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: The method was practical and provided a new idea to study the chemical quality standard of traditional Chinese drug.更多还原
