【摘要】 目的 :考察地骨皮水煎剂对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法 :以四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠为模型 ,连续 2周 ,以地骨皮水煎剂 2 .5 g/ (kg·d) -1,5 .0 g/ (kg·d) -1剂量灌胃 ,GOD法测定血糖值。结果 :各组给药前后血糖值比较均呈显著型差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :地骨皮水煎剂具降低实验性小鼠血糖作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the hypoglycemic effects of Cortex Lycii Radicis (CLR) on alloxan induced diabetic mice.Methods:The alloxan induced diabetic mice were given drug decoction of CLR[2.5g/(kg·d) -1 , or 5.0g/(kg·d) -1 )] for successive 2 weeks, The blood sugar level was determined with GOD method.Results:There were remarkedly differences in the levels of blood sugar between before and after treatment of various groups. ( P <0.001). Conclusions:CLR decoction has the hypoglycemic effect on alloxan induced diabetic mice.更多还原
