枸杞多糖对衰老小鼠原癌基因c-myc表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨枸杞多糖抗衰老的分子机理。方法 :采用老年小鼠和D 半乳糖致衰老小鼠两种衰老动物模型 ,分别连续灌服枸杞多糖 2个月和 1个月 ,应用半定量逆转录 聚合酶链式反应技术 (RT PCR)检测小鼠骨髓原癌基因c myc表达的变化。结果 :老年小鼠和D 半乳糖致衰老小鼠骨髓原癌基因c myc表达量明显高于青年小鼠和正常对照小鼠 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,给药后则可明显得到抑制 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :抑制原癌基因c myc表达是枸杞多糖抗衰老分子机理之一。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of anti-senile effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP). Methods:After natural senile mice and D-gal-induced senile mice were given LBP for two months and a month respectively, the expression changes of c-myc oncogene in marrow cells of all mice were measured by the techniques of semi-quantitative reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results: The expression of c-myc oncogene of natural senile mice and D-gal’s-induced senile mice were significantly higher than those of young and nomral mice (P<0.001). After medication, LBP obviously inhibited the change (P< 0.05).Conclusions: One of molecular mechanisms of anti-senile effect of LBP is to inhibit the expression of c-myc oncogene.
