【摘要】 目的 :采用乳剂型软膏基质、水溶性软膏基质、油溶性软膏基质分别制备成淫羊藿苷软膏剂A、B、C ,对其药物释放进行测定。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法在波长 2 70nm处测定最大吸收值 ,计算含量。比较了各基质对淫羊藿苷释放速度的影响。结果 :3种样品的释药速度快慢依次为 :A >B >C。结论 :乳剂型软膏基质制成的淫羊藿苷制剂释药速度最快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the drug releasing rate of Icariin Ointment made of emulsion ointment base (A), water-soluble base (B) and oilsoluble bases (C), respectively. Methods: The maximum absorption value was determined by UV at 270 nm, and the drug content was calculated. Also the effects of different ointment bases on the icariin releasing rate were determined.Results: The order of drug releasing rates of three samples from fast to slow were: A>B>C.Conclusion: The drug releasing rate of Icariin Ointment made of emulsion ointment base is the fastest.更多还原
