【摘要】 目的 :研究加味补阳还五汤对实验鼠的血脂和免疫功能影响。方法 :采用正常及食饵性高脂血症大鼠模型、免疫抑制小鼠模型 ,观察方剂对血脂水平、非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响。结果 :加味补阳还五汤既能保持原方剂显著降低大鼠TC、TG、LDL C的功能 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;同时又能显著增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 0 1)、胸腺指数 (P <0 .0 0 1)、HC50 (P <0 .0 1)和DTH(P <0 .0 5 )的作用。结论 :加味补阳还五汤对高脂血症和免疫功能低下的实验鼠均有显著改善以上指标的作用 ,具有补气养血、活血祛瘀、补肾壮阳之功效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of supplemented Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction on the blood lipid and immune function of the model mouse. Methods: Supplemented Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction is composed of Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction, Herba Epimedii and propolis. The effects of two formulae, Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction and Supplemented Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction on the blood lipid, the functions of nonspecific immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity were investigated on the normal and hyperlipemia rat models and immunosuppressive mouse model. Results: Supplemented Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction could not only maintain the original formula functions of lowering TC. TG and LDL C of rats ( P <0.05, P <0.01), but also obviously enhance the macrophage phagocytosis of mice ( P <0.05, P <0.001), thymus index ( P <0.001) and the actions of HC 50 ( P <0.01) and DTH ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Supplemented Yang Supplementing Five Returning Decoction can improve the above indexes of hyperlipemia and low immune function mice, and has the functions of Supplementing qi and nourishing blood, quickenning blood and transforming stasis, and supplementing kidney and invigorating yang.更多还原
